Welcome to ZeroLabz. We develop decentralized utility applications, including the UniGas software suite (comprising UniGas Protocol, UniGas Recovery, UniGas Nexus, and UniGas Logix). This Privacy Policy explains our strict parameters regarding data collection, local storage, and security across our web architectures, Google Cloud Run environments, mobile applications published on the Google Play Store, and container deployments within the Pi Browser ecosystem.

2. The Core Principle: Local-First Architecture

ZeroLabz prioritizes user privacy. Our software suite is engineered under a strict local-first paradigm.

Cryptographic Keys & Credentials: We do not collect, transmit, or store private cryptographic keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery passwords. All wallet configurations are processed purely client-side on your local device.
Server Infrastructure: Our backend systems (including Google Cloud Run container pipelines) do not maintain central databases of user identities, transactional histories, or private Web3 routing metrics.

3. Information We Collect (And What We Do Not Collect)

A. Information You Explicitly Provide

Support Inquiries: If you contact us directly at dev@zrolabz.com for technical assistance, we retain your email address and any correspondence logs solely to resolve your support ticket.

B. Automated Technical Analytics

Application Runtimes: To optimize real-time cross-chain gas tracking and transaction optimization, our applications process local machine data (such as network connectivity states, device operating system versions, and anonymous diagnostic logs).
Cookies & Network Sessions: Our website hosting architecture may use foundational technical cookies to maintain user configurations, interface preferences (e.g., light theme alignment), and basic session stability.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Distributed Networks

Our platform interfaces with several third-party software development kits (SDKs) and hosting environments to deliver optimization features. These external providers handle data governed by their respective policies:

Google Play Services: Used for app compilation, secure mobile asset distribution, and automated closed-alpha testing tracks.
The Pi Network SDK: Leveraged for native authentication and processing blockchain payment validation rails (e.g., verifying transactions matching the Ecosystem Premium Pass).

Because our core application stack does not sync user metadata to centralized databases, ZeroLabz does not maintain user accounts to delete. * To completely wipe your application footprint, user preferences, and local analytics, you can simply clear your application cache/data or uninstall the app via your native Android operating system controls.

For data associated with premium payment logs (such as public blockchain ledger hashes verified through our validation hooks), records remain permanent and immutable on their respective decentralized public ledgers.

6. Children's Privacy

Our utility systems and decentralized tracking infrastructures are not designed or structured to target individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly compile or request personal data points from children.

ZeroLabz reserves the right to refine or rewrite this privacy framework to remain aligned with shifting Google Play requirements or Pi Network mainnet governance guidelines. Updates will be broadcast directly to this page with an adjusted "Effective Date."
